The Synergy Difference

The Synergy System, sophisticated processes and approach to risk management are what earned Synergy this project. During multiple budgets and value engineering sessions during the pre-construction phase, Synergy team worked very closely with the ownership group and the consultants to come up with building proposals that would meet their financial pro forma without compromising the quality of the development.
